Better agents ask better questions.

Deal-Killers in the Dirt: WIRs, Moisture, Mold & Pests REALTORS Must Know
Give your clients the confidence to buy smarter, negotiate effectively, and avoid costly surprises — especially in markets where crawlspace moisture, mold, termites, and other wood-destroying organisms are common. This course equips Realtors to translate alarming inspection findings into clear, actionable guidance. The result: stronger negotiations, fewer derailed transactions, and closings that stay on track.
Building Materials Every REALTOR Should Know
Transform your client consultations with insider knowledge of the homes you sell. This power-packed three-hour course equips you with expertise on insulation, HVAC, gutters, windows, and critical building components you encounter daily.
Remodels, Rehabs and New Construction: How to Avoid Getting Ripped Off
This course will teach you the skills you need in order to prepare and protect your clients before they write an offer, during their due diligence, and before they close on their new home.
Understanding Common Residential Building Materials
Learn about the vital building materials that make up a home, their benefits, and drawbacks — plus master writing foolproof repair requests for your clients after their home inspection.
Preparing Clients for a Home Inspection
Learn what a home inspection is and what it isn't. We'll also cover additional due diligence your clients should be doing as well.
What Your Home Inspector Won't Find
Everyone likes to think that a home inspection can find everything, however, homes continue to change based on use and age. Find out what things a home inspection may not find and additional ways to protect your clients.
Your instructors
Two AREC-approved instructors, both working in the field. The material comes from inspections we ran this month — not a textbook.
Meredith Jones
Before Ally, Meredith spent years working hands-on in construction and insurance claim repair — learning how homes are built and how they fail. That depth is why Ally was built on technical knowledge first and marketing second.
Mark “Allen” Warren
Allen has been with Ally since its founding in 2012 and built the training program from scratch. Every inspector who works for Ally learns the methodology Allen wrote — which makes him the natural person to teach it to agents.
