What to expect

Not the CE class you’re used to

01

Taught by inspectors

Your instructors were in a crawlspace this week. The photos in the deck are from real inspections, not a licensing textbook.

02

Built for the next contract

Repair requests, due diligence, and what a report can and can’t tell your client. You leave with language you can use immediately.

03

We come to you

Any course on either state’s list can be scheduled at your office or association. Tell us the room and the date and we handle the credit filing.

What agents say afterward

ABSOLUTELY the best CE class I have had in freaking YEARS! Things I needed to know for my buyers and sellers — fantabulous job!!

ERA King, Anniston

I was surprised by how great this class is. I almost didn’t come and I’m very grateful I did. This gave me a lot of direction on what to do to better in my business.

Stephanie Gaspard · eXp Realty Atlanta

It was the least boring CE class I have ever attended. I genuinely feel like I will be able to tap back into the information you provided to better serve my clients.

Desiree Miller · Keller Williams Metro South
