  • Ensuring all metal components are properly connected and placed
  • Proper placing of sleeves and pipes

The inspector arrives before and after the foundation is poured to carry out the process. But, some inspectors choose to either come before or after. It’s entirely their choice.

It’s better that you schedule your inspection with an inspector who arrives before and after both.

Pre-Drywall Installation Inspection

During pre-drywall inspections, various aspects are assessed, including:

  • The condition of framing, checking for warping, missing elements, or defects
  • Exterior electrical and lighting fixtures
  • Examination of the type of wood used and its placement
  • Inspection of exterior walls, sheeting, windows, and sealants
