Radon Testing

Radon is a colorless, odorless radioactive gas caused by decaying uranium in the soil around your home. Long-term exposure to high levels of radon can cause lung cancer. In fact, the EPA estimates that lung cancer caused by radon kills roughly 21,000 people in the U.S. each year. Many counties in our area are in a higher risk category for radon gas.

Air Quality Testing: Mold

When mold begins growing at unsafe levels, it can lead to throat irritation, nasal stuffiness, eye irritation, coughing, and even skin irritation. Toxic mold spores can cause severe health problems. While we can report on visual mold, this testing identifies mold spores that are invisible and often air-borne.

Our base mold testing covers 1,000 sq ft. Testing is completed and sent to a lab with results ready in 24 to 48 hours.

Thermography

Infrared thermography (IRT) is used to capture and process thermal information by analyzing infrared (IR) radiation emitted. The Thermal imaging camera works by detecting heat signatures and displaying them as a gradient scale. It is a safe and effective way of identifying moisture damage, energy loss and hot spots throughout the property.
